How long do I have to collect my InPost parcel in my Yodel by InPost by InPost app?

From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help

Currently, if you select to have your parcel sent to an InPost Locker or shop when at your sender’s checkout, you will have three days to collect your parcel. You will receive notifications from InPost via email, push or SMS when your parcel is on its way to its pick up point, ready to be collected and reminders whilst your parcel is still available to pick up.

If you selected to have your parcel delivered into a Yodel Store at your sender’s checkout then you will have 10 days to collect and will receive notifications from InPost via the InPost app, email and SMS throughout your parcel’s journey to the store and whilst it is available to pick up.
