What happens when I set a default delivery preference in the Yodel Parcel Tracker app or My Account?

Via the Yodel app, you can save delivery preferences for your delivery address meaning you will never miss a parcel delivery again. Tell us you delivery property’s safe place or your preferred neighbour options and we’ll follow these instructions for every delivery. You can even take a photo of your preferred safe place and share it with your driver.

To get the best experience with the Yodel Parcel Tracker app, make sure you include your email address and telephone number when you’re ordering online so that we can automatically send you notifications to tell you about your parcel’s journey to you.
