From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help

Yes, you can. You can choose from some popular options including front porch, storage box, shed or you can tell us your preferred safe place by selecting the 'other' option.

You can even send all future, eligible deliveries to a chosen InPost Locker.
