Can I choose a default, preferred safe location at my delivery address?

Yes you can. You can choose from some popular options including front porch, conservatory, shed or you can tell us your preferred safe place. Download the Yodel Parcel Tracker app and you will be able to share a photo of your safe place with your driver.
