It’s really easy to send a parcel through Yodel Direct. We have thousands of conveniently located stores across the country where you can drop off your parcels into the Yodel network.

You have a choice of two delivery options through Yodel Direct – send a parcel to another Yodel Store anywhere in the country or deliver directly to your recipient’s door – you can choose what is best for you and your recipient.

To get started, enter your parcels details and select the service that is right for you. Then, once you’ve selected to print your label at home or take advantage of Yodel Direct’s free print in store service, simply drop your parcel off at your chosen store.

We’ll keep you and your recipient up to date with your parcel’s journey through the Yodel network through email and will confirm once the parcel has been delivered.

Head to the My Account section in Yodel Direct to keep a track of your parcel’s journey too, as well as keep an eye on all your other parcels delivered by Yodel Direct.
