Can I extend my InPost parcel pickup period to match a Yodel Store’s time period?

From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help

Currently, you cannot extend the period of time you have to collect your InPost parcel from your chosen locker or shop. Any parcel delivered into an InPost Locker or shop will be available for collection for three days before being returned to its sender. You will receive notifications from InPost to let you know when your parel is ready to collect and when you have 24hrs before it will be returned.Download the InPost appto make sure you receive all of your parcel's notifications
