How do I get the collection code to collect my parcel?

From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help

If you are collecting a parcel from either a Yodel Store or an InPost Locker, you will need your collection code to pick up your parcel.

You will only receive your collection code once your parcel is ready to collect.

How will my collection code be sent to me?

You will receive an email and push notification in the InPost App or a text message to notify you when your parcel is ready to collect from the store or locker. If you have the InPost App , the collection code will be available in there too.
