How long do I have to collect my parcel?
Once you receive a notification from us by SMS or email that your parcel is in the Yodel Store, you have ten calendar days to collect your parcel before it is automatically returned to sender.

You will need to get in touch with your parcel's sender to find out if you are able to exchange your item.

Why has my parcel been sent to a different Yodel Store?
On occasion our stores may be unable to accept all parcels and our drivers will consider a nearby alternative. If this happens we will update you when the parcel is delivered with the new store details. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, usually this is a better option for our customers than sending the parcel back to the retailer.

What ID should I have with me when collecting my parcel?
When you receive a notification from Yodel by InPost (by email and or SMS) that your parcel has been delivered to store, you should ensure you have at least one of the following forms of ID: Driving license, utility bill, mobile phone bill, wage slip, bank statement, credit/debit card, or passport. The ID must have the same first and surname as that used to make the order with the online retailer. If a friend or family member is collecting on your behalf they too will need a form of your ID and this should not be a photocopy, they will also need you to send on the collection code to them.
