How long do I have to pick up my parcel?
Once your parcel arrives at your local locker, you’ll have three days to collect it. If you don’t get to your locker within three days, your package will be sent back to the retailer. If you're not around, we strongly recommend sharing your details with a friend or family member (that's what little brothers are for, right?).
How big are InPost lockers?
Parcel lockers are available in four sizes: extra small, small, medium and large and can support to 15kg.
Why isn’t my barcode scanning?
There’s a few reasons why your barcode might not scan – your screen might be too dark, or there might be smudges in the way. Turn your brightness right up, and hold your phone a few centimetres away from the locker screen to scan. If that doesn’t work, you can enter your tracking number (which will be in the same email as your QR code) on the screen instead.
How often are parcel lockers emptied?
Our delivery drivers empty parcel lockers every day, Monday – Saturday, with particularly busy lockers being emptied a few times each day.
Can someone else collect my parcel from a locker?
Yes, someone else can pick up your parcel for you - they’ll just need your QR code to access the locker.
