How to use Click & Collect
When you are ordering items online with a retailer, if they offer Click & Collect it will be shown in the online flow. Please choose the Yodel Store of your choice and let us do the rest. We will let you know when your parcel is delivered to your chosen Yodel Store and ready to collect via SMS or email. This communication will also include your collection code.

What ID should I have with me when collecting my parcel?
When you receive a notification from Yodel by InPost (by email and or SMS) that your parcel has been delivered to store, you should ensure you have at least one of the following forms of ID: Driving license, utility bill, mobile phone bill, wage slip, bank statement, credit/debit card, or passport. The ID must have the same first and surname as that used to make the order with the online retailer. If a friend or family member is collecting on your behalf they too will need a form of your ID and this should not be a photocopy, they will also need you to send on the collection code to them.
