What will happen to my Yodel by InPost preferences after the 17th July?
From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help
From 17th July, you'll no longer be able to track parcels through the Yodel by InPost website or app, and you'll no longer see the Yodel brand.Any delivery preferences saved in the Yodel by InPost app or My Account will continue to be applied after this date.
If you'd like to remove these preferences, you can do so through your Yodel by InPost account before 17th July or through the InPost app after matching your account.
You can already add, edit and manage delivery preferences through the InPost app.
