How do I see my InPost collection codes

From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help

You can access your InPost collection QR code in either the InPost app or via the email that you used to create your order. If you can’t find your email, please check your spam or junk folders. If you still can’t find your InPost collection code, you’ll need to get in touch with the InPost Customer Care Team.
