Yodel's Xpect Returns service provides customers with a two hour window on the day of their collection. Xpect Returns comes with email, SMS and/ or push notifications as standard, keeping customers informed throughout the return journey.
Parcels returned to the retailer within 72 hours
Collected and delivered through Yodel's van based network, our tracked returns service delivers parcels to retailers within 72 hours of the collection booking. Xpect Returns is fully tracked, with both retailers and customers able to track the parcel's full journey.
How to return a parcel?
The process of booking a collection couldn't be simpler - once a customer has contacted the retailer with their request, retailers can use multiple ways of booking their Xpect Returns collection.
Yodel's Xpect Returns comes as both a next day or two day options, or customers can nominate a preferred collection day, giving customers flexibility when booking their return.
Parcels are returned to retailers Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm.
Xpect Returns is available in three sizes, with a 17kg maximum weight limit and maximum length of 90cm on the medium service and a 30kg maximum weight limit and maximum length of 120cm on the large service.
Our Xpect Returns XL service has a 30kg maximum weight limit with a maximum length of 170cm and maximum cube of 0.28m2.
