Our Return to Yodel Store puts customers in control of their parcel's return. They can choose from thousands of conveniently located Yodel Stores nationwide to return their parcel. Whether on the way to work or by their home, they are in control of the local store they can return their parcel to.
Parcels returned to the retailer within 72 hours
Collected and delivered through Yodel's van based network, our tracked Return to Store service delivers parcels to retailers within 72 hours of the customer dropping off their parcel. Our store returns service is fully tracked, with both retailers and customers able to track the parcel's full journey.
How to return a parcel?
The process of booking a return couldn't be simpler - whether you choose to include a label in your delivery or take advantage of our Print In Store service, customers can arrange their return within the Yodel Parcel Tracker app making it a quick and seamless returns process.
Parcels are returned to retailers Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm.
Return from Store has a 10kg maximum weight limit with a maximum dimensions of 50 x 50 x 60cm.
