Customers can now amend their delivery preferences right up to the point of delivery with Yodel Inflight delivery options.Through Yodel Inflight, customers will be able to amend their delivery preferences right up to the point of delivery with a variety of Inflight options to choose from.

Whether a customer needs to change their delivery address last minute or viewing their tracking map for live delivery updates, Yodel Inflight meets your customers' needs

Safe place nominated

Customers can select their ideal location for their parcel to be left safe in the event they are not home, giving customers peace of mind their delivery can still take place even when they are not there to accept.

Preferred neighbour options

Customers are able to stipulate the neighbour that they would prefer their parcel to be left with in the event they are not home. They are also able to note neighbours that they would prefer not to receive their parcels.

Nominate a new day

Customers can decide which day is more convenient for Yodel to deliver their parcel.

Change delivery address

Customers can now change the delivery address to an alternative, local address for their deliveries to ensure they get their parcel at a convenient time and place. If you realise you have entered an incorrect delivery address at the point of order, you can amend this information right up to the point of delivery.

Hold I'm on holiday

There is no need for a customer to rush back for a missed delivery. If a customer is going to be away for an extended period, we will, on their request, hold the parcel at the closest depot for up to 14 calendar days, giving them plenty of time to collect.

Collect from depot

Too busy to be at home for a delivery? If delivery to home is not the preferred option, customers may request that their parcel is left at the depot for up to 12 calendar days, to be collected at their convenience.

Collect+ divert

If it is more convenient to pick up their parcel, customers can now choose any of their local Collect+ points to collect their parcel from. Collect+ has thousands of conveniently located stores across the UK open early ‘til late within easy reach of where your customers live and work. This service is available for parcels that are within the current Collect+ dimension and weights specifications.
