Yodel does not arrange refunds or exchanges. Once the parcel has been returned to the retailer, if you have any queries on when your refund will be processed please contact your retailer directly. Returns to online retailers typically take 3-5 working days (from the day our driver collects the parcel from the Yodel store). Please allow the retailer a few days to process your return and arrange your refund or exchange.

When you are ordering items online with a retailer, if they offer Click & Collect it will be shown in the online flow. Please choose the Yodel Store of your choice and let us do the rest. We will let you know when your parcel is delivered to your chosen Yodel Store and ready to collect via SMS or email. This communication will also include your collection code.
