I have returned a parcel, but have not received my refund
Yodel by InPost does not arrange refunds or exchanges. Once the parcel has been returned to the retailer, if you have any queries on when your refund will be processed please contact your retailer directly. Returns to online retailers typically take 3-5 working days (from the day our driver collects the parcel from the Yodel Store). Please allow the retailer a few days to process your return and arrange your refund or exchange.
