How it works

    Track your parcel return online or in the Yodel by InPost app. Your parcel will be returned to the retailer typically within 3-5 working days

What is an InPost Shop?

We’re now part of InPost, so what used to be called Yodel stores are now called InPost Shops. Everything else stays the same – you can still create your return label here as usual.

Just search for your retailer to get started. You can also find your nearest InPost Shop using our full location finder here.

How it works?

  1. Search for your retailer and create your return code
  2. Print and attach your label at home, or choose to have it printed for you at any InPost Shop
  3. Drop off your parcel at the InPost Shop that suits you 


You can track your return in the InPost app or at inpost.co.uk. Most returns reach your retailer within 3–5 working days.
