Return a North Face parcel with Yodel

How do I return a parcel to North Face?

Wherever you’re based in the UK, our speedy team of couriers are there to make sure your North Face returns are as convenient as possible. Our drop-off points are handily located in corner shops and convenience stores, with print in-store or at home options available depending on what suits you.

How to return your parcel

  • Log into your North Face account.

  • If you have a pre-existing account with North Face, enter your email address and password.

  • If you made a purchase using a guest account, enter your order number and email address.

  • Once you’ve logged into your account, click ‘create a return’.

  • On the return confirmation page, click ‘download your code’ to receive your QR code – this will also be sent to your email, ready for you to take to your local Yodel store.

  • Securely repackage the items you’re returning, using the original package if you have it to hand.

  • At your local Yodel drop-off point, hand your parcel and QR code to the shopkeeper. They’ll scan your code, print off your returns label and attach it to your parcel for you.

  • Track your return parcel online, or in the Yodel app. Yout parcel will be returned to North Face within 3-5 working days

FAQs

Can I exchange my North Face clothing or footwear for a different size?

No, you won’t be able to exchange any items for a different size. If you’d like a different size or colour, you’ll need to return your clothing and footwear, and place a new order.

How long is the refund period?

The refund period is 30 days. After the 30-day period, you'll only be able to return faulty products wtihin two years of the date on your receipt

Can I return The North Face parcels in-store

Online items purchased in person can be returned using our online return services, or in person at the store you initially bought them from.
