New Look returns

How do I return something to New Look?

New Look returns couldn’t be simpler: all you need to return your online order is your order number (located in your order confirmation email). If you’ve bought an item in-store, you’ll need to keep your paper or digital receipt to hand in order to process your refund through the till.

Return to your nearest drop-off point

You can use our Return to Yodel Store service to have your parcel returned to New Look via your local Yodel drop-off point. Returning your parcel via Yodel's carrier serivces costs £2.95.

As well as being able to drop into a local store at the best time for you, Yodel Store services give you the option of printing your return label at home, or at your drop-off point in store, and it's free! We have thousands of drop-off points, conveniently located across the UK, with extended opening hours so you can drop in whenever suits you.

  • Create your New Look return using the New Look online portal

  • Select Yodel as your carrier of choice

  • Generate your unique QR code (you’ll need to pay for your return at this point)

  • Package your items

  • Print off your label at home, being sure to display your order number clearly, or select the option to print your label at your drop-off point

  • Take your package to your chosen drop-off point

  • You’ll get an email confirming your return is in process

  • Your return will be processed within 15 working days

What is New Look's return policy?

New Look’s refund policy allows you to return any item within 28 days, including sale items or those purchased with a discount. All items must be unworn and in their original condition, or you might not receive a full refund. Your items must also be returned with an order note or receipt.

All refunds will be issued via the original method of payment and in the original tender currency (unless otherwise stated).

How do I get a New Look returns label?

To arrange your return, you’ll need to use the New Look online portal. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to generate your returns label using your email address, phone number or order number.

How long do I have to return something to New Look?

You must return your items within 28 days to receive your refund. Your 28 days start from the date on your receipt, or once you have received your online order. Any items returned to New Look outside of this time period will be returned to you.

Where do I find New Look Sports return labels?

You can access your Sports return label online via the New Look returns portal, using your order number and email address. Your unique label will be created in the form of a QR code, barcode or printable label for you to print at home.

Can I return faulty items to New Look?

Yes, if your item is faulty, you can return it in-store or via a local drop-off point, within 28 days of your purchase.

Do I have to return New Look items in store?

You can return your parcel in-store, or at a drop-off point. Yodel have thousands of drop-off points at local stores all over the UK, with many open late and on weekends to suit your schedule.
