Yodel colleague celebrates 30-year anniversary at Willenhall
Willenhall resident Carol Phillpotts has reached a major career milestone with international parcel carrier Yodel and is celebrating her 30-year anniversary with the company.
Having joined Yodel’s Willenhall parcel sorting centre in 1990 as a Relief Operations Operative, Carol has progressed through the company and in 2011 was promoted to team manager. In her role she plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Willenhall sort, which handles millions of parcels every year. Carol is said to pride herself on keeping these parcels on track for delivery to customers, whilst making sure that the depot is a positive workplace environment for colleagues.
To celebrate her milestone, the team at Willenhall will present Carol with £900 in Very.co.uk vouchers.
Willenhall Team Manager, Carol Phillpotts commented : “I would like to thank all of my colleagues over the last 30 years who have made this journey full of great memories. I am now looking forward to the rest of my career with Yodel, until I can retire and travel the UK & Europe in our new family motorhome.”
