Earlier this year, we announced that Yodel is now part of the InPost Group. Now we're excited for the next step in our journey, rebranding as Yodel by InPost.
What this means for you
As of 15th September, you will notice updates across our website, app and your customer communications from us that reflect our new brand - Yodel by InPost. Since becoming part of the InPost Group, we've offered you more choice and convenience by introducing InPost Lockers to our valued customers and this update represents the next big step in our journey.
The Story so far...
New Inflight options
Since June, Yodel by InPost customers have been able to send parcels to InPost Lockers to collect at a time that suits you through your 'Manage my parcel' options - and this will stay the exactly the same. If your parcel is eligible for this service, you'll be able to apply it as soon as your parcel hits the Yodel by InPost network. So, if you're not going to be in, just select to have your parcel delivered to a locker for convenience, and collect it within three days.
You will not be able to select specific items for locker redirection. Please find the prohibited list here.
Just so you know, you will receive emails & notifications from InPost when you use the InPost Locker services to give you all the information you need on your parcel(s) and to enhance your delivery experience. You can track your InPost parcels redirected to InPost Lockers using the InPost app.
Your Yodel by InPost home and store deliveries, and collections will continue as usual with the same friendly drivers, customer support, and detailed tracking experience you know and trust. You can also continue to track any Yodel parcel right here on the Yodel website or Yodel by InPost app. Plus. you will get the same excellent service too.
