Yodel joins the InPost Group

We’re delighted to announce that Yodel is now part of the InPost Group.

What this means for you

You will start to notice updates across the Yodel website and Yodel app that reflect our new partnership. These updates are designed to offer you more choice and convenience as we offer InPost Lockers to Yodel customers.

What will you see first

New Inflight options

You will now be able to send your parcel to an InPost Locker to collect at a time that suits you through your 'Manage my parcel' options. If your parcel is eligible for this service, you'll be able to apply it as soon as your parcel hits the Yodel network. So, if you're not going to be in, just select to have your parcel delivered to a locker for convenience, and collect it within three days.

Just so you know, you will receive emails & notifications from InPost when you use the InPost Locker services to give you all the information you need on your parcel(s) and to enhance your delivery experience. You can track your InPost parcels redirected to InPost Lockers using the InPost app.

Your Yodel home and store deliveries, and collections will continue as usual with the same friendly drivers, customer support, and detailed tracking experience you know and trust. You can also continue to track any Yodel parcel right here on the Yodel website or Yodel app. Plus. you will get the same excellent service too.

Soon we'll be adding InPost Locker deliveries & returns from your favourite retailers. We'll keep you up to date with any changes on the Store Locator.

  • The same fantastic service, with enhanced InPost Locker locations

  • Track your parcels delivered and received into InPost Lockers right here or in the InPost app
