We’ve been busy bringing you more choice and convenience - like adding handy InPost Lockers to your delivery options. This rebrand is just the next chapter in our story. Same great service, shiny new look.
What’s Changed (and What’s Not)
From 15th September, you’ll have started to see our fresh new branding across the website, app, and all your emails from us. Here’s the lowdown:
New name, same great service – Yodel by InPost is here, but your deliveries, collections, and customer support stay exactly as you know and love.
Even more convenience – If your parcel is eligible, you can redirect it to an InPost Locker through your ‘Manage my parcel’ options. Pick it up anytime within 3 days - it’s delivery freedom!
Locker updates from InPost – For any parcels going to a Locker, you’ll get emails and notifications straight from InPost to keep you in the loop.
Just a heads up: not every item can be redirected to an InPost Locker. Check out the prohibited list.
