What is the difference between Yodel Direct and Yodel?

Yodel Direct is Yodel’s ad-hoc booking tool, that allows you to send parcels through the Yodel network as and when you need to.

Through Yodel Direct, you can send a parcel to any postcode in mainland UK and can choose to send to your recipient's address or to their nearest Yodel Direct store, so they can collect their parcel at a time that suits them.

Create your own Yodel Direct account in a few simple steps and you will be able to access your previous orders, track your current parcels out for delivery, contact the Yodel Direct customer service team and even access loyalty rates.
