We've changed the name of our Collect+ delivered by Yodel Returns and Click & Collect services – they’re now under 'Yodel'. You can now book Returns and manage Click & Collect parcels right here on www.yodel.co.uk or by downloading the Yodel Parcel Tracker app.
Rest assured, it's the same excellent service you know and love. After all, it’s always been the Yodel team taking care of this. You’ll return and collect parcels from your local store exactly as you have always done. These stores are now listed as ‘Yodel Stores’ and you can locate them easily through our store locator. There are thousands of Yodel Stores across the UK, open 7 days a week until late. So, you’ll have plenty of convenient locations choose from.

What has happened to my Collect+ delivered by Yodel account?
That will depend if you already have a Yodel account set up. If you already have a Yodel account set up using the same email address as your Collect+ delivered by Yodel account, then you're all set! You can use Returns and Click & Collect services on our website or through the Yodel Parcel Tracker app now.
If you haven't set up a Yodel account prior to 21st February, and you're a Collect+ delivered by Yodel account holder, don't worry, you will be asked if you want to create one when you visit our website and via email. You will have until at least 28th February to confirm this. However, if you don't during this period, you can still create a Yodel account anytime and you can still use Returns and Click & Collect services.
If you've agreed to migrate your account over to a Yodel account via email or through the Collect+ delivered by Yodel website, simply login with your Collect+ delivered by Yodel login details
Where is my previous parcel information stored?
All of your Collect+ delivered by Yodel parcel information is available in your Yodel account either on our website or our app. You can create an account here if you don't have one already.
From there, you can view and manage all of your previous parcel information if you sign up with the same email address as you did with your Collect+ delivered by Yodel account (including multiple emails you used to join Collect+ delivered by Yodel).
If you already had a Yodel account prior to 21st February, we’ve automatically moved all of your Collect+ delivered by Yodel parcel details and preferences settings to your Yodel account. Learn more about our T&Cs and how we manage your data here.
How will this work with retailers?
As the services remain completely the same, you can use these services with the same retailers as before. It's really simple. Just select 'Yodel' at checkout with your Click & Collect orders, and select 'Yodel' when booking your Returns - either on the Yodel website/app or via your selected retailer.
You may still see some 'Collect+ delivered by Yodel' references on retailer websites whilst these changes are made. If you do still see these references, please continue to select Collect+ delivered by Yodel to ensure your parcel is delivered/collected/returned through the Yodel network. We're working closely with our retail partners to get everything updated as soon as possible.
