What will happen to my delivery preferences in the Yodel app or My Account?

The Yodel by InPost app and My Account feature will no longer be available from 17th July.
To continue editing or creating delivery preferences, you'll need to download the InPost app, where you can match your existing preferences in just one click.
If you don't download the InPost app before 17th July, your existing preferences will still be applied to any future home deliveries. You can download the InPost app and match your preferences at a later date.
If you no longer want your preferences to be applied, you can remove them at any time before or after 17th July through your Yodel by InPost account or in the InPost app.
