Can I give you extra information to help you deliver my parcel?

From 17th July, to get help and support with your parcels, get the InPost app or visit inpost.co.uk/help

If our driver might need a little extra help to deliver your parcel, you can let us know via the 'Special Instructions' section within the Delivery Preferences part of the InPost App . Download the app and you can tell us information such as:

Secure gate access codes

Communal living access codes

Directions to find your property/ door

Additional special instructions to aid you to answer the door, such as knock louder or to wait a little longer at the door

Any additional accessibility support that you may need
