Why has my parcel been sent to a temporary pick-up location?

During busier time periods, we may set up temporary pick-up locations in your local area for you to collect your parcel at a time that suits you. If your parcel is available to collect from one of these locations, you will receive an email and or SMS advising you of the address and the times your parcel will be available for collection.

To collect your parcel, you will need to bring the email or SMS that you received from Yodel by InPost advising you to collect your parcel along with a form of ID. If someone is collecting your parcel on your behalf, they will need to bring the SMS/ email and the ID for the recipient that is named on the parcel.

Look out for our branded van and our friendly driver will be there to give you your parcel. If your parcel isn’t collected on that day, we will attempt to deliver your parcel via your requested method the following working day. Your driver will still attempt to deliver your parcel to an address three times as standard if a home delivery into your chosen Yodel Store.
