What options do I have to manage my parcel delivery?

Depending on the service your sender has used, you may be able to amend your delivery details before your delivery is attempted by our driver. Head to our tracking page and see what options are available to you or download the InPost App and set delivery preferences for all deliveries in case you’re out including sending your parcel to an InPost Locker or Yodel Store to collect at a time that suits you.
