Where is my local Yodel depot?
Head to our tracking page and enter your parcel number to find out the address and opening times of your local depot. Don't forget to let us know you're coming to the depot to collect your parcel to ensure we have it ready for collection.
When is my local Yodel depot open?
Once you have tracked your parcel on our tracking page, you may be offered the option to collect your parcel. Selecting this will show you your local depot's opening times.
All of our depots are closed on Sundays and bank holidays. Our seasonal times may vary but the opening times for your local depot will always be updated on the tracking page.
If you choose to collect your parcel then we will remind you of the opening times after you have confirmed the collection.
Can I collect my parcel from a different depot?
Unfortunately, you are unable to collect your parcel from another depot than that listed on our tracking page. This is because your parcel is stored at one depot and cannot be moved to another once received in.
What do I need to bring with me to the depot?
You will need to bring the Yodel calling card that was left by the driver and one form of photographic ID e.g. passport or driving license. You must be aged 18 or over to collect your parcel from our depot.
Are there any restrictions when I pick my parcel up from my depot?
Before you head to your local depot, please check the depot's opening times and also allow 24 hours notice between arranging to collect your parcel from the depot and collection.
There are no restrictions but to speed up the collection process, please bring the calling card that your driver left at your address plus photographic ID. e.g. passport or driving license. If you don't have the calling card then bring your parcel number with you, which will be on your parcel update emails.
If the parcel contains alcohol you must be over 18 to collect.
Can someone else pick my parcel up from the depot?
They will need to be 18 or over and will need to bring the calling card left by the driver and proof of the parcel recipient's name / address e.g. recent utility bill, driving licence.
What happens if I can’t pick up my parcel from the depot?
Your parcel will be stored at your local depot for 12 days after the original delivery date. If you are unable to collect your parcel from your local depot, your parcel will be returned to its sender and you will need to contact them for further instructions.
