Environment

At Yodel, we are committed to taking meaningful action to reduce our climate impact. We are thrilled to announce that since our baseline, in 2016, there has been a 32% reduction in the carbon used to deliver our clients' parcels. However, we are not complacent. We have a roadmap in place to work towards net zero with several environmentally led changes in the pipeline, such as alternative fuels and delivery methods.

People

Central to everything we do at Yodel is our people. As a service-led business, our people embody our values and our ethics, and we want to ensure they have a great place to work and the opportunity to develop. Our programmes around wellbeing, training and apprenticeships have allowed us to make this a reality.

Community

With over 50 sites nationwide, our communities are crucial to our success. The charitable and community activity undertaken by our colleagues has resulted in some invaluable relationships with our community peers and residents. Our commitment to being a forces-friendly employer continued into 2022, with our partnership with Carma Earth and the Green Task Force. Our colleagues worked together with these partners to plant 1,200 trees to provide ‘green therapy’ to veterans and offset some of our carbon footprint. We are also pleased to continue to work with incredible organisations such as Slave-Free Alliance.
