How to send a parcel without a printer
Secure your package using a durable parcel bag, and seal it with parcel tape if possible. Your items must be packaged before you drop them off at your local store.
Get your digital label online, using our convenient online system. Simply enter whether you’re sending your parcel from the UK Mainland or Northern Ireland, and the postcode it’ll be delivered to.
Next, enter the weight of your parcel, and then click ‘Get Quote’.
Choose whether you’d like your parcel to be delivered using Store to Store – handy if your recipient won’t be at home – or Store to Door, and click ‘Buy this service’.
Enter your own details, and the details of your parcel’s delivery address. Enter your payment details, and you’re all set!
You’ll receive your barcode via email, along with a reference number you can use if you’d prefer.
Take your parcel to your nearest Yodel store. We have thousands of stores open seven days a week, so wherever you’re based in the UK, you’ll find your local store in easy reach.
Show your barcode or reference number to the shopkeeper, who will print your label in-store for you.
Once your label is printed, stick it to your parcel, making sure the send address is clearly visible.
Hand your parcel over to a member of staff in-store, and we’ll do the rest. Our drivers will collect your parcel by the following morning and deliver your parcel within 3-5 working days.

Store to Door
Have your parcel delivered directly to your recipient’s door, saving them a trip to collect their parcel from a Yodel store. We can deliver to any postcode in the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.
Store to Store
Send your parcel via your local Yodel store, to your delivery recipient’s nearest Yodel store: ideal if your recipient is out and about, or they can’t guarantee they’ll be home a the point of delivery.
