My parcel is late

Firstly, head to our tracking page and check the date your parcel is due to be delivered. Download the Yodel app and you'll receive a two-hour delivery window on the morning of your delivery for every parcel delivered to a door.

If you won't be in when your parcel is due to be delivered, you can tell your driver what to do with your parcel in the Manage My Parcel section or by setting default preferences in your Yodel app.

If the expected delivery date shown on your parcel's tracking update has passed, then please contact our team via Webchat
