My InPost Locker door won't open
If you arrive at an InPost Locker and you’re not able to access the InPost locker, first check:
- You have the right QR code to access your InPost locker
- You have received a notification to let you know that your order has arrived at your chosen Locker if it’s a collection
- The parcel hasn’t expired, you have up to 72 hours to collect your parcel
