How will I receive my delivery updates

We have a few ways of letting you know your parcel's journey through our network.

If you have downloaded the InPost app, we will send you real-time push notifications alerting you to your parcel's progress. We will also notify you via the email provided to your retailer and via SMS if you have provided a mobile phone number to your retailer.

Emails will be sent from InPost with SMS being sent by 'InPost' Look out for emails and SMS from these senders to ensure you stay up to date with your parcel's journey.
