How long do I have to collect my parcel?

Once you receive a notification from us by text message or email that your parcel is in the Yodel Store, you then have ten calendar days to collect your parcel before it is automatically returned to sender. Therefore it is important that you collect your parcel as soon as possible after receiving the text message or email giving you the collection code.

Before it is returned to the sender you will receive two further messages and a final reminder on the 10th day if you do not collect the parcel. If you have changed your mind about an order, you must still collect the parcel, open it, attach a returns label and take it back to the Yodel Store so that it an be tracked as a return to the retailer.
