How do I divert my parcel to an InPost Locker?
Great news, you can now divert your Yodel parcels to an InPost Locker.
To get started, once we have your parcel, you'll receive an email, push notification or SMS to let you know that your parcel is eligible for this service. Just select the 'Manage my parcel' option and we'll apply your preference when you select the 'deliver to locker' option. You can also access this option when you track your parcel through our website or app.
You'll see a full list of locker locations that your parcel can be delivered to. Once you have received your collection code to pick up your parcel, your parcel will be available to collect for three days. We'll send you reminders to pick up your parcel by email and push notifications in the Yodel app . This service is available when your parcel was originally intended for delivery to your door, allowing greater flexibility and convenience.
