I haven't received my code to access the InPost Locker

You will receive an email when your parcel is ready to collect with your QR code, please remember to check your Junk emails. If you’ve got the InPost app, you will receive a push notification with access to your QR code. If you don’t have the app, you’ll receive an SMS with your QR code.

If you haven’t received an email, push notification, SMS or tracking does not show that your parcel is ready to collect, it’s likely that your parcel is still on its way to the InPost Locker. You can track your parcel to find out where it's up to in its journey here.

If tracking is showing that your parcel is ready to collect and you haven’t received an email, push notification or SMS with your QR code, contact the InPost support team here. Have your order details ready.
