Simply enter the delivery address, select a service and get immediate validation and booking confirmation. It'll even give you collection confirmation as soon as we've picked the parcel up! Yodel DeskCollect also includes a special Authorised Returns module. This collection booking tool is designed for any client that carries out adhoc collections, but not in such volume that requires an integrated solution with their own systems. It is particularly designed for the handling of Authorised Returns whether the Returns label has already been printed and sent or not.
