High-Value parcel delivery tracking and other optional benefits
Ensure all your customers' high-value items are delivered in the best possible condition. Yodel's Xpert service offers full tracking throughout the parcel's journey, as well as providing address only delivery options.
For all BFPO addresses or exchange requirements, these can be delivered through Yodel's Xpert service.
Flexible delivery times
Yodel's Xpert service features two day and next day options, with deliveries taking place six days a week from 7 am to 9pm.
Customer notifications as standard and two hour delivery windows available
Keeping customers informed at every step of their delivery is key, which is why Yodel's Xpert service comes with notifications as standard. We offer push, email and SMS notifications as standard, so customers can follow their delivery status from start to finish.
All of our Xpert services can be combined with our Xpect proposition- offering customers a two-hour delivery window on the morning of their delivery. If your customer is not in, we will attempt to deliver three times before the parcel will be able to be collected from their local depot.
Trackable POD and non- POD services
Select the right option for your customers and their lifestyle and choose if your parcels can be left safe, delivered to a neighbour or require a signature for proof of delivery.
Real-time driver map and parcel countdown
Included across all Yodel services, the driver map allows customers to see exactly where their driver, and parcel, are at all times, and the countdown shows customers how many parcels are due to be delivered before their own, allowing customers to estimate their time of arrival
