any time. You can track your parcel online or over the phone.
To arrange a redelivery for your parcel, please follow the

If your card shows the letter 'B' in the bottom left hand corner,

If your card shows a bar code in the bottom right hand corner,
please click here: http://www.myyodel.co.uk/
If your card shows the letter 'N' in the bottom left hand
corner, you will also find a mobile phone number of our courier on
the card. Please ring that number, to arrange a redelivery directly
with your Yodel courier.
