Unofficial non-Yodel websites are advertising out of date and incorrect phone numbers for Yodel.  Calling them may result in you being charged high premium call rates or you may be transferred to numbers that ring without answer. We want to save you time and get your query dealt with as quickly as possible so please use the contact details below.

The quickest and easiest way to find out information about your parcel is to track it on-line at www.myyodel.co.uk.  If you would like to speak to us, we have recently upgraded our telephone system and some of our numbers may have changed from ones you have called in the past.  There is now only one number to call for customer service - 0844 453 7443  agents are unable to give precise delivery times within the delivery window which has been advised. . Please note calls are charged at 5p per minute from a landline.


We are open:

Monday to Friday 8am - 9pm

Saturday 9am - 1pm
