How to contact Yodel

Q:I have a parcel that is due to be delivered by Yodel, can you tell me where it is?

A:The easiest way to find out information about your parcel or to arrange re-delivery for example, is to track it online at www.myyodel.co.uk. Please make sure that you have your tracking ID/"Sorry we missed you" card ID at the ready.

Q:Can I speak with someone at Yodel?

A:You can also use our web chat facility on www.myyodel.co.uk, this is the quickest and easy way to contact Yodel and is available 8am - 10pm, Monday - Friday. 8am - 5pm, Saturday.

 

If you would like to speak to us, our customer service telephone number is 0844 453 7443. Please note calls are charged at 5p per minute from a landline.

Remember to have your parcel tracking ID ready to enter when prompted.

Customer service lines are open:

Monday to Friday 8am - 9pm

Saturday 9am - 1pm

 

Unofficial non-Yodel websites are advertising out of date and incorrect phone numbers for Yodel.
