Tracking your parcel

Visit www.myyodel.co.uk for information regarding the status of your parcel. You will need your tracking ID or your "Sorry we missed you" card ID.


Online Live chat

Our free web chat facility via www.myyodel.co.uk, is the quickest and easiest way to contact Yodel. Just click on the link on the parcel tracking page.

Opening times: Monday - Friday 8am - 10pm, Saturday 8am - 5pm.


New - SMS Chat

You can access our new SMS chat facility by texting your Surname, Postcode and a brief description of your query to 078600 58000. SMS will be charged at your standard network rate. Response time is approximately 15-20 minutes.

Opening times: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm . Messages sent outside of the opening hours will be responded to when we re-open.


Telephone

If you would like to speak to us, our customer service telephone number is 0844 755 0117. Please note calls are charged at 1p per minute from a landline.

Remember to have your parcel tracking ID ready to enter when prompted.

Opening times: Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm.
